Heston Blumenthal vai receber o Diners Club Lifetime Achievement Award 2017 no próximo mês de Abril em Melbourne na cerimónia dos World's 50 Best Restaurants. Uma notícia que me deixou muito contente. Admiro o seu trabalho e a sua aproximação à cozinha baseada num conhecimento aprofundado. Para mim uma cozinha extremamente revolucionária.
